HR Officer

Requirements :

1. Female, Max. 35 years old
2. Min. D3/S1 graduated in Majoring of Law
3. Handling Recruitment & Selections, Payroll & Processing, Training & Development, General Office Administration
4. Experience in handling full-set of Payroll processing
5. To ensure all routine HR matters are executed on timely basis and compliance with company policies
6. Continuous reviewing of policies and processes
7. Handle of administarion of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Registration, deletion of membership, reporting and payment)
8. Have min. 2 years of working experience in the related position job-related experience required within the HR industry with proven experience of dealing with disciplinary/perfomance issues
9. Understand of Indonesia manpower regulations
10. Strong interpersonal skills-ability to build relationships and work well across functions and across all levels within the organization
11. Coordinate effective administration of annual and sick leave records
12. Ensure timely submission of routine reports
13. Excellent computer skill
14. Able to communicate in English both oral and written
15. Good communication & analytical thinking ability
16. Loyal, responsible and able to work under pressure
