One of the big offshore fabricator in Indonesia and in the world requires proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following positions :
1. Senior Superintendent Blasting Painting
* Experience 8-10 years coating application on offshore platforms, top side work
* High school diploma
* Possess SSPC or NACE qualification L2, prefer L3
* Strong leadership in project coordination and has the ability to manage large team up to 300 crew
* Able to communicate and clarify blast and coasting aspects to client in English
* Familiar with various auto blast machines
* Familiar and possess knowledge of HSE of offshore work requirement, specificall on coating
* Innovative and has lead by example type leadership

2. Senior Superintendent Scaffolding
* Experience 8-10 years in fabrication of platforms
* High school diploma
* Familiar with Australian and British standard scaffold requirement
* Strong leadership in project coordination and has the ability to manage large team up to 200 crew
* Able to communicate and clarify scaffolding aspects to client in English
* Possess British or AST Scaffold Certification
* Innovative and has lead by example type leadership

3. Coating Engineer
* Must have possess the NACE level III qualification
* Diploma in Engineering is preferred, but not essential
* Having at least 5 years of experience in similar work / position is preferred
* Should be able to work as part of a team
* Familiarity with international codes / standard is essential
* Knowledge of all quality control activities associated with structural / piping weld
* Computer literate - Excel - Word
