Responsibilities

• Manage and control quality section with less supervision
• Escalate and report any quality update or issues to top down
• Improve and monitor quality of production processes
• Leading customer feedback and supplier quality issues investigation
• Familiar with CAR/PFMEA/Data analysis, QMS and EMS
• Familiar with measurement equipments of mechanical parts
• Strong in reporting, escalation and presentation
